This job serves as the central point of contact for support and coordination of special events and trainings. This job is responsible for assisting with logistics, execution, and implementation, of events and trainings. This job may also support various sales leaders for other projects. This job may also support various trade leaders for key communication to sales in terms of schedules, brand priorities, housing reports on sharepoint and other projects.
Meets with event initiators to ensure that details are recorded and timelines are updated in system. Follows up with key decision makers as needed to confirm event details. Recommends ideas for event and or promoting channel/brand awareness as well as increasing revenue through event related processes or activities.
Lead organization of specific details and outline of needs prior to events to include maps, locations, and setup.
Responsible for POS/signage ordering and placement specific to each event. Define all elements needed for an event such as banners, equipment, signage, entertainment, branding, advertising, and coordination.
Warehouse coordination for product delivery and pickup, procurement and delivery of supplies, products, mixers and equipment.
Create recap and history log of all relevant events and facilitation of proper credit returns/payments pre and post event.
Alchemy Room logistics, organizing, scheduling, cleaning (beer / wine / spirits).
Lead organization of specific details and outline of needs prior to events to include maps, locations, setup.
Account Presentations and coordination for Beverage Development Team. Copy, organize and distribute, brand and training material.
1-3 years’ experience in event planning or sales support role.
